Swordfish with Diced Tomatoes

If you are thinking about trying something new and fishy, I would highly recommend you the swordfish. “It tastes like chicken,” my kid says.  The consistency is so different from all other fish I have tried. The odor is not very strong and it does not easily come apart. You can cook a wide variety of dishes. This recipe can also be used to make skewers. One thing I can tell you, swordfish and rosemary get along!  Let’s go shopping for the ingredients and get your aprons on!


  • 1 lb Sword Fish cut in small cubes
  • 3 big garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 pinch of Rosemary
  • soybeans optional
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can of organic diced tomatoes


Sautee the swordfish with garlic in the olive oil until cooked, add everything else, simmer for about 5 mins or until veggies are cooked.
