Salmon with Honey and Soy Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 4tbs honey
  • 1tbs vinegar
  • 4 cloves of garlic chopped
  • salt and pepper

Optional toppings:

  • Sesame seeds
  • Scallions
  • Spicy sauce
  • Pineapple chunks

Preparation:

Cook salmon 3 mins on each side in a pan with 1tbs of oil. Add the mix of honey, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar. Wait a few mins until it thickens. Enjoy!
